Once you have made initial contact with your local agency, we will visit you at home to discuss your needs and help you assess exactly what work is required.

We have plenty of literature to explain the different services we offer, some information can be made available in other languages, larger print format and spoken word versions.

Once you have decided what work you would like done, we will obtain prices for the work from building contractors on our preferred list. Our preferred list, contains contractors who we deem reliable, professional and competent.

There are various ways of funding the work including, grants, savings, loans, equity release and charitable funding. We can offer help and advice on all of these options.

If you decide to proceed with the job , we will assist you with the necessary paperwork and help you to manage the building contract between you and the contractor.

Once the work has been completed, we will inspect it to ensure it has been completed satisfactorily.
