Compliments and Complaints

We recognise that compliments and complaints form an integral part of our continuous aim to improve our service to our clients and customers. We regularly discuss these comments among our staff and record all received and act accordingly.


October 2007 - March 2008

We received three complaints in this period which related to contractor delays. All have have been satisfactority resolved.

 

Five compliments have been received in this period all of which expressed delight at the finished work and thanked the staff for their efforts. Including:

"I am very pleased with the work, thank you all very much for all your help getting this sorted, without it the work would not have been possible" - Mrs. R.

"I am sitting here admiring my new french doors,windows and rear door.  No leaking radiator valves or cracked gutters. All these things were becoming a worry to me.  The house is fit for another winter.  I am grateful to you for arranging all these things for me" - Mr. N.

Feedback from our User Group complimented us on our 'matt' printed leaflets as much easier to read than the 'glossy' paper.
