Eden

ASP Eden provides the following services:

• Decent Homes Grants
• Disabled Facilities Grants
• Energy Efficiency – Providing a service that has helped to bring homes up to modern levels of thermal efficiency. We are able to refer clients to Warm Front to install various insulation and heating requirements such as central heating and loft insulation.

If you decide to use the Staying Put service you would need to pay a fee for the technical service provided. The fee is usually 10% of the net cost of the work that you have carried out. If you receive a local authority grant it is possible that some or all of the fee may be covered by the grant.

Cumbria targets for 2008/09

Eden

We aim to offer advice or provide a service to a minimum of 240 customers in the Eden area.

We aim to contact all of our customers within 15 working days of the enquiry.

We aim to complete 80 jobs for our customers in the Eden area.

We aim that all internal hand and grab rails referred under the minor adaptation scheme will be fitted within seven days of receipt of the referral.
