Welcome to our Website, I hope you will find it useful. At Anchor Staying Put – Bradford we have a dedicated team who are fully committed to delivering a higher quality of service to all of our customers and assisting the Council in making Bradford a better place to live.
Traditionally older and/or disabled people have been given limited choice in the services available to them. This has been a key consideration in planning our business. We are focused on promoting customer independence, increasing customer choice, and removing existing barriers.
If you have any comments or recommendations on the services delivered or potential services then please let us know, it’s with your help that we can develop the services provided further.

About us / who are we? Anchor Staying Put Bradford is a Home Improvement Agency. The agency works in partnership with Bradford MBC and Bradford Supporting People.
Anchor Staying Put – Bradford is one of 47 agencies managed by Anchor Trust. The agency employs seven members of staff.
We are a not-for-profit charitable Home Improvement Agency. As such we aim to continually improve our services to meet the demands of our customers, by continually investment in the services available. Through the operation of the Bradford office, thousands of residents within the Bradford area have been assisted in having work carried out on their property, thus enabling them to continue to reside in their own homes. Our customers demand a trouble free, trustworthy service, which it is our aim to deliver.

By providing these services we aim to achieve a number of goals for our customers;
. We are focused on promoting customer independence, increasing customer choice and removing existing barriers. How much does it cost? Anchor Staying Put – Bradford currently receives fees which are dependant on the type of works carried out. At present these fees are as follows;
12% Grant aided work. 12% Private work. 12% Home Appreciation Loan. All fees are charged only when works are carried out .
There is a £10 fee for the small repairs for up to four hours work, but in most cases the Local Authority will pay for the materials. You also have to be on a means tested benefit to access the small repairs service. Would you like to contact us?
